Lionel Messi's strike against Liverpool named UEFA goal of the season

el Messi has won yet another award. This time, from users of uefa.com, who have determined that the Argentinian's free kick goal in the semi-finals of last season's Champions League was the very best of any scored in UEFA competition.
Among all the nominees, there were two Barça players — Messi and Ivan Rakitic — who provided two authentic works of art in the Champions League. The others were Sarr (Stade Rennes), Faupala (Apollon), Pedro (Chelsea), Millot (France), Katerina Svitkova (Slavia Prague), Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus), Nani (Sporting de Portugal), and Danilo (Portugal) .
